After having a family member drive their vehicle through the side of my house, I called a few builders around town to try and find someone to help fix. After no luck, I gave a friend a call who put me in touch with Brook. It was late on a Friday and I needed the wall temporarily boarded up to make water tight until insurance assessors could come out. Brook and Jayden arrived at 3pm and left at around 9pm going out of their way to make my home temporarily secure after only getting in touch around midday that day. This shows the customer service and professionalism of himself and his crew especially on a Friday night! This is exceptional and I would highly recommend Transparency Built to anyone needing insurance building work complete or any building work for that matter

Brook was recommended to me by my real estate agent after purchasing a property in Queenstown. I live abroad so I needed a builder that was informative and trustworthy. Brook kept me up to date with site happenings and even sent through weekly pictures of progress so I had peace of mind that work was getting completed. Transparency Built have helped us through a few different projects to date. Brook has been involved in 2 of our rental investment builds and continually does maintenance of our current investment properties. When issues arise, Brook is more than happy to make suggestions and come up with solutions. He has a vast knowledge of construction that shines through in his work. Brook is also very conscious of added costs to do with this work to the point where he kept us informed continually on variations and supplied alternatives where possible. Brook created us a large outdoor area including a new deck, fireplace and seating in Jacks Point. Brooks' quote came back very competitive and he was happy to explain his costing. This gave me total faith in Brook and his abilities. We have had many enjoyable evenings with family in this awesome space created by Brook and his team

We employed Brook and his team to renovate our home in Kelvin Heights. With the nature of renovations, we knew we were in for a few surprises. Brook let us know what was happening at each stage of the reno and what to expect moving forward. This took the added stress out of trying to sub manage our builder. With a budget of $500,000, Brook incorporated this into design ideas and kept well within budget. Brook lives up to the name Transparency Built and is nothing shy of that.

We first met Brook up The Remarkables one weekend. After telling Brook about our plans to build our dream home and that our original builder had pulled out he was more than happy to help. Brook was enthusiastic about our ideas and made the building process straightforward. Brook is a perfectionist and we can see that in the results.
