After having a family member drive their vehicle through the side of my house, I called a few builders around town to try and find someone to help fix. After no luck, I gave a friend a call who put me in touch with Brook. It was late on a Friday and I needed the wall temporarily boarded up to make water tight until insurance assessors could come out. Brook and Jayden arrived at 3pm and left at around 9pm going out of their way to make my home temporarily secure after only getting in touch around midday that day. Transparency Built have helped us through a few different projects to date. Brook has been involved in 2 of our rental investment builds and continually does maintenance of our current investment properties. When issues arise, Brook is more than happy to make suggestions and come up with solutions. He has a vast knowledge of construction that shines through in his work. Brook is also very conscious of added costs to do with this work to the point where he kept us informed continually on variations and supplied alternatives where possible. We employed Brook and his team to renovate our home in Kelvin Heights. With the nature of renovations, we knew we were in for a few surprises. Brook let us know what was happening at each stage of the reno and what to expect moving forward. This took the added stress out of trying to sub manage our builder.
